Ball Fancy Stirrup Bow Case
A Beauty!!
Serial #

KW

Circa 1927, Lever Set, Adjusted Temp. and 5 positions, 21 Jewels, Official Standard on Movement,RR Grade/Approved, this is a beautiful Ball Hamilton cased in a Marked Ball Model Fancy Stirrup Bow Case in like new condition...Triple Signed! Cases this nice do not come up often, and are excellent investments.

Case... is a Wadsworth 14 Karat Ball Model White GF case. This was their top of the line case in 1927. Gorgeous Fancy tuxedo back!Fancy Stirrup Bow Case that is tight and showing no wear thruout. Beautiful "floral" sides still sharp and no wear there either. This is the case everyone wants with these 999s, and for good reason. Very few are left out there in this condition, consequently prices have skyrocketed. I have seen these cases in this condition fetch 1000 for the case alone, and I believe they are just getting started. Beautiful Ball Model Case!

Dial... is original single sunk Hamilton Ball with Boxcar heavy numerals. Looks identical to one used on the Illinois Ball a few years later! One hairline at 5 is all I can see. Stunning condition triple matching blued spade Ball type hands which must be seen in person to fully appreciate. Good Glass crystal. When I saw this case and dial I had to have it!

Movement... is fully marked Official RR Standard, Adjusted 5 Positions, sapphire pallets, and 21 Jewels. Very nice condition and running and timing well, has not been serviced.
Folks, these Ball watches in nice condition such as this are getting next to impossible to find and all have escalated in price. The cases like this will continue to drive them skyward. I saw a watch very similiar to this at a show last year priced at $1500.00! And it did sell. Here's your chance at one still priced within reason...triple signed...Illinois Ball type dial...and with the rare fancy stirrup bow in like new condition...ready to show and enjoy! When you pull this out of your pocket, there'll be no mistaking what it is! Ball Watch all the way! Beautiful 21 Jewel Hamilton Ball with a nice movement, stunning dial, and LN signed Ball Model fancy stirrup bow case...Don't miss it!......$1075.00

"The 950B"
Scarce Variant RR Track Dial
Beautiful Model #A YGF Case

GOLD TRAIN Early Movement
Rare 950B!
Serial #
S1204

KD

Circa 1940, LS, Adjusted 6 positions, double roller, motor barrel, Elinvar Hairspring, GOLD TRAIN, RR Grade/Approved, this is a very scarce, very nice Hamilton 950B! This high grade timepiece also features a very low (S839) serial #, gold train gears, a correct Hamilton porcelain "rr track" dial, and a Model "A" YGF Case in great condition. It's a excellent example of an early Gold Train 950B, folks. Don't miss this one!

Case... is the correct "shouldered" gold filled Hamilton Model #A (sometimes referred to as the "pimple" case) in excellent condition. The early Model A cases all had shoulders, these "shoulders" were discontinued after WW2. Plain polished back still showing prominent sand marks. Nice crown and bow, glass domed crystal. Correct shouldered Model #A Hamilton Case in superior condition.

Dial... is an original Hamilton single sunk "rrtrack" porcelain dial. This dial was an option on this 1940 model, and is rarely seen. May have been configured for possible Military use. Original triple matching baton hands complete the package. Perfect Original RR Track Dial.

Movement...is fully marked as stated above and in excellent condition. Beautiful Damaskeening! Lettering still looks new. Gold Train gears. Running very well, has been completely checked and timed.
Folks, this was Hamiltons best in a 23 Jewel Railroad watch, and produced in very low numbers. (Less than 3500 produced with the gold train) It is one of the most desirable and hardest to find Hamilton Railroads! Has all the most desirable (and correct) features as well..Model #A shouldered case, gold train movement, and a mint original variant rr track Dial. These Gold Train 950B's are tough to find, and rarely surface nowadays.
Top book on this watch is now $2000, with an "up" arrow indicating high interest and further price increases! (Look at the prices of "The Studebaker" and the Illinois Ball 2-3 years ago and now....This one will end up doing the same.)
These are an excellent investment, especially a nice one like this! In this price range why settle for one that you will not be happy with? This one is a solid investment, as well as one of the most beautiful railroads you'll ever own. Will be the highlight of your Hamilton Railroad Collection. Judge this one for yourself, and, like me, you'll have to agree it's well worth owning. Rare 950B with the gold train in beautiful condition...very fairly priced at only .........$OLD

The "No. 349" Railroader
Rare DOUBLE MARKED ADJ
Mint Monty Dial
Beautiful Fancy Case
Serial #
13714545

Circa 1908, Lever Set, Double Marked "adjusted" and "adj 5 positions", RR Grade/Approved,this is a scarce Elgin #349 with a beautiful nickel movement, mint Montgomery dial, and a nice fancy case!

Case... is a very nice 20 Yr YGF case, with screw front and back. Bird in flight and other embelishments artfully decorate the back. Nice crown and bow. Glass Crystal. Looks Great on this watch!

Dial... is original double sunk porcelain Montgomery Elgin dial. Perfect. Looks great. Tough to find these 18 size Montgomerys, let alone a perfect one like this. Super Clean beautiful Monty Dial!

Movement... is still like new as well on this fine timepiece. No loss of luster or brillance here! This one is a rare "double adjusted" marked model! It features a high grade regulator, marked "adjusted" on the balance cock as well as "adj 5 positions" on the bottom plate! These were mid plate transition watches, railroad requirements dictated the 5 position marking by 1908, and Elgin simply used up the remaining "adjusted" balance cocks that already carried the adjusted marking, as well as installed the new plates with the adj 5 positions markings, hence the double marked movement. Very few were made like this. Running along nicely. Another of Elgin's most beautiful, highly damaskeened movements with the rare double marking! Top Book on this one is now around $600.00.
Folks, here's your chance at an extra nice scarcer #349 in a beautiful fancy RR style case, with an extra nice movement and the added bonus of being double marked. Lot of watch for the money...super nice thruout!.......$469.00

Circa 1943, Stem Set, Adjusted to SIX POSITIONS AND TEMP., RR Grade, this is an historical 22 Jewel Hamilton 4992B model with a sweep second and hack feature in excellent condition...Don't Miss This One!

Case... is the original military style Keystone case, same one Hamilton used for this model. Ordinance #'s on back show very nice, and case #s match! Beautiful condition overall. Hard to find one this nice, folks!

Dial... is the scarcer white 12 hour dial option model! signed GCT with 5 minute markers. Not seen often. It is perfect, looks like the day it first went into service. Triple matching black hands are all original not painted and show as new. New Glass domed crystal sets it off nicely. Beautiful example as you can see.

Movement... is a beautiful 22 Jewel (this has one extra jewel and an extra wheel as you can see for the sweep), fully marked, shows as new. Good running order. I've been timing it and it's doing fine, good motion on balance.

This is an historical timepiece, marked "AF 43" on back denoting air force usage, and 1943 production. Most likely carried by any number of ground air force personnel including engineers and other wartime railroad personnel. Also could have been in one of many important battles in the closing days of WW2, I wish it could talk, it would certainly have some stories to tell! This is by far the nicest example that I've come across in some time. Very well kept 4992B, you'll be hard pressed to find a nicer one. These are seldom seen with the 12 Hour white dial. Don't Miss Out on this incredible find.
